You made three trips and spent all day each time showing me homes, without any pressure. I felt at ease and confident that I would find what I wanted and you came through for me.
I am not sure if during the first time you were even convinced that I was going to move from Las Vegas, NV and yet you still took the time to show me around.
You also helped me get into the house early, even before the deal was closed.
Since that time, you have helped me in other areas that someone new to the area needed and that is appreciated just as much. Your support has not ended after the sale.

Dear Glenn and Dian,
It was a year ago that you assisted me in purchasing my very first house. I'm embarrassed that it has taken me this long to put down in writing how much I appreciated your patient guidance during the home-buying process.
Buying a house is usually a stressful experience, but first-time home-buyers have the added stress of the unknown! I was able to fly through the process unscathed!
You did such a wonderful job of guiding me through each step and giving me as much advice as you were legally able to. Although the bank said I could afford more, you did not try to steer me to more expensive homes. You respected my desire to keep my mortgage as low as possible. In fact, it was due to your influence that I didn't bite off more than I could chew.
I applaud your professional integrity and your moral values in helping your clients. I appreciate that you did not sell me the house and disappear from my life! I look forward to your newsletter each month and know that if I have any questions I can come to you for help.
I do not hesitate to recommend you to friends, family, and anyone else looking to purchase real estate in the Alamogordo area/. You always go above and beyond to serve your clients and I don't see that changing anytime in the near or distant future.
